We comply with the law on distance contracts according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without to state any reason.
You have the option to return unused goods with original packaging within 14 days of receipt, (does not apply to specially ordered goods)
Doftbox.se must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed. Send an e-mail to support@doftbox.se with the order number and which item it applies to.
You will receive an e-mail with information and a return number from us.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the price of the item. It always happens within 30 days from when we received the returned item.
We will email you when the returned item has arrived. We will contact Klarna for a refund within 30 days of the approved return. Note! Whoever returns an item is responsible for return shipping and transport risk (i.e. that the goods are returned to us in new condition). Package the goods well (you must not put stickers or the like directly on the product packaging and do not send them in the product packaging).
Preferably use the same outer carton and packaging the item was delivered in for the return.
The right of withdrawal applies under the condition that the product is returned undamaged, in unbroken original packaging and that all types of markings and stickers remain.
You must not have used fragrance oil in the Aroma Diffuser when returning.
If you have placed an order and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (packages and letters within 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for administrative costs and return shipping.
We do not redeem shipments that have not received a return number from us and/or are not fully franked.
Open purchase or right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not companies.
Our warehouse does not pick up shipments that come to agents.

Complaints about product or delivery must be made within 5 working days.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation and other information about your order to the specified e-mail immediately after completing the purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address to receive all relevant information about your order. If something is not correct, contact us directly for a change or cancellation, so we can fix it before the order has time to pack and ship.

Payment options
- Klarna Checkout
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose is Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store.
Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.
Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.
Invoice is the default payment option.

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.
If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, as in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation.
Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number i customer management purposes.

The payment method for you who want to choose how much you pay each month. But the Klarna account is more than that. The Aroma Diffuser Tassel Edition must be charged the first time before use for about 8 hours until the lighting switches from red to green.

It is the same Aroma Diffuser as Marble Gray Edition or White Edition but in different lighting. The Aroma Diffuser has different functions so it can shift smoothly in different LED lighting or pause on a certain "color" in the lighting as you may have seen in pictures. You can vary the color tone you wish to match the decor or simply change the appearance of your Aroma Diffuser according to the season or mood. You can also choose to have it running without lighting with fog. This comes in marble gray or white and you see either a melange Aroma Diffuser in different lighting alternatively a white Aroma Diffuser with different lighting without the pattern.
No All the Aroma Diffuser has automatic shutdown when the water has vaporazed.

The remote control is in its own slot in the package on the back of the package.
The remote control has a safety strip that must be pulled out before use.
Check if you have any "junk" folder in your email program where this email may have ended up. That or the customer entering the wrong e-mail address when ordering are by far the most common reasons for missing "order confirmations”.
