These conditions apply to the website www.doftbox.se (the "Website"), and regulate the relationship between you as a customer and Doftbox.se when you

shop on the website over the internet.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By shopping on the website, you agree to the terms.

You can reach us at support@doftbox.se. Weekdays at 08:00-17:00, closed for lunch at 12:00-13:00.

We respond as soon as we can, usually already the same day but within 48 hours.

About our terms of purchase

You will receive an automatic order confirmation and other information about your order to the specified e-mail immediately after completing the purchase. It is important that you

enter a correct e-mail address to receive all relevant information about your order. If something is not correct, contact us directly for a change or cancellation,

so we can fix it before the order has time to pack and ship.

We reserve the right to change our prices and terms without notice. It is important that you read our current terms and conditions before placing an order.

It is the terms and prices at the time of ordering that apply. We reserve the right for final sales and incorrect information.

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose is

Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store.

Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.

Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.

Invoice is the default payment option.

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, as in some cases

means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation.

Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number i

customer management purposes.

The payment method for you who want to choose how much you pay each month. But the Klarna account is more than that. In addition to the fact that you always receive your goods before

you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via a Klarna account. This means a single invoice,

regardless of the number of purchases.

Delivery conditions

We ship orders with DHL Postnord and Fedex. Your order will be delivered to your mailbox or to your nearest representative if it does not go to the mailbox.

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. If you want the package to be sent at a later date, you can specify it on

checkout page under comment. During major campaigns and holidays with a high load, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your order will be sent on the same day, but we always pack and send in order.

The packages are delivered with DHL, Postnord and Fedex and are distributed on weekdays, according to conditions. Normal delivery time is about 3 working days after the selected dispatch date, unless it says ordered item with a different date.

Delivered/notified to private individuals and business addresses. Business package - Delivered to business addresses only.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report.

Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the mail or

the transport company's handling, you must contact them and file a claim. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, you will

contact with us.

If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (packages and letters within 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for

our work in handling the goods, the double shipping cost charged to the company.

If the order value exceeds SEK 599, we offer the shipping cost. Applies to private individuals in Sweden.

The above delivery methods and prices apply within Sweden. For other delivery prices in Europe, you will see shipping costs when you select the country at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Right of withdrawal/Complaint

We comply with the law on distance contracts according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without to state any reason.

You have the option to return unused goods with original packaging within 14 days of receipt, (does not apply to specially ordered goods)

Doftbox.se must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed. Send an e-mail to support@doftbox.se with the order number and which item it applies to.

You will receive an e-mail with information and a return number from us.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the price of the item. It always happens within 30 days from when we received the returned item.

We will email you when the returned item has arrived. We will contact Klarna for a refund within 30 days of the approved return. Note! Whoever returns an item is responsible for return shipping and transport risk (i.e. that the goods are returned to us in new condition). Package the goods well (you must not put stickers or the like directly on the product packaging and do not send them in the product packaging).

Preferably use the same outer carton and packaging the item was delivered in for the return.

The right of withdrawal applies under the condition that the product is returned undamaged, in unbroken original packaging and that all types of markings and stickers remain.

You must not have used fragrance oil in the Aroma Diffuser when returning.

If you have placed an order and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (packages and letters within 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for administrative costs and return shipping.

We do not redeem shipments that have not received a return number from us and/or are not fully franked. Our warehouse does not pick up shipments that come to agents.

Open purchase or right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not companies.

Complaints about product or delivery must be made within 5 working days.

 

 

Promotions and Sale

Prices on promotional and sale goods are valid until the set end date, while stocks last (with reservation for final sales).

Ev. conditions for promotions are specified on the Promotions page in cases where they are open promotions.

 

The Personal Data Act

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the current regulations in the Personal Data Act (PUL).

Personal data and e-mail addresses are stored in our customer register when you shop. No unauthorized person has access to this register and personal data

and/or e-mail addresses are not disclosed to other companies except the companies that handle the payment solution chosen by the customer (Payex/Klarna).

You can contact us at any time to access the data, change or delete it.

You receive newsletters from Doftbox.se newsletters, you can unsubscribe yourself, at any time, by clicking on a link in the email. We do not participate to send SPAM, but only send newsletters to our customers.

 

About cookies

A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit saves on your computer.

Cookies are used, among other things, for the order function on Doftbox.se to work, and to provide us with visitor statistics (e.g. information about how

many visitors we have on the page). Without it, you would, for example, not be able to keep the items in the shopping cart if you left the page for a while.

Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and refer to
