The catalytic combustion cleans the air by eliminating unwanted odors and bacteria. It is an effective and pleasant method to improve the air quality and at the same time give the scented lamp a pleasant scent in the room.

Scent catalytic lamp Ceramic Charcoal burns without flame through catalytic combustion that cleans the air on a molecular level. Through this process, together with Dofta's specially designed fragrant catalytic lamp oil, the scented lamp removes bad odors such as food, pet odors, cigarette smoke, chemical pollutants and bacteria and at the same time perfumes the room with a fantastic fragrance.

How to use Scented Lamp Ceramic Charcoal :

1. Place your Scented Lamp on a flat surface. Fill the lamp to a maximum of 2/3 (approx. 65%) with Catalytic Lamp Oil from Dofta and use the funnel that is included. In order for the lamp to function optimally, it is important that you do not fill it more than two thirds.
2. Lower the burner and replace the lid. Let the wick soak for at least 20 minutes the first time. It is the alcohol in the Catalytic Lamp Oil that burns, so it is important that the burner pulls the oil up to the burner.
3. Make sure that your Scent Lamp is far away from other combustible objects. Now you can light the burner. The flame will be about 10cm high. Keep an eye on your lamp while it's burning. Let it burn for 2 minutes!
4. Blow out the flame and replace the crown. The burner is very hot, close to 500 degrees. Now the purification process starts and the scent from your Catalytic lamp oil spreads. Let it burn without a flame for about 20-30 minutes. Cleaning takes place at 1 minute/square meter.
5. To finish the process, remove the crown (grab the lower part if it's hot) and put the hat back on and then the crown. If you don't put the cap on, the cleansing will continue as long as it is warm and the fragrance oil will run out faster.

How a catalytic scent lamp works:

•  The heat produced by the catalyst attracts and oxidizes the malodorous molecules and bacteria in the air.
•  The burner catalyst burns up the molecules and they disappear.
•  The burner works to remove unwanted odors and at the same time spreads the perfume oil slowly in the room.

Catalytic scent lamps were developed in the middle of the 19th century and were used to purify the air in hospitals, among other things.
